Sixteen years since the critically-acclaimed, Born To Do It changed his life, Craig catapulted back into the charts and in to the nation’s hearts with Big Narstie on the single "When The Bassline Drops", marking the beginning his triumphant return. From the bass bubbling smash hit, "Nothing Like This" with Blonde to the stripped back "All We Needed" showcasing Craig’s vocals, the new album pays homage to his distinctive signature sound, but also shows Craig in a new found light. It is the same, instantly recognisable voice, but showing the progression of an artist that has truly come in to his own.

With this 29th volume in the Romantic Piano Concerto series we commence a cycle of three CDs that we hope will include all eight of Moscheles' piano concertos. It also marks the start of our exploration of concertos from the earlier part of the 19th century, which we have so far rather neglected.

The sixth full-length effort from the stalwart Florida alt-rockers, The Things We Can't Stop is Cold's first new collection of songs in eight years. Far removed from the harsh Korn- and Tool-influenced sound that earned the group commercial accolades in the early 2000s, the 12-track set hews closer to the dour post-grunge atmospherics of 2011's Superfiction. Commencing with the anti-bullying anthem "Shine," the first of a slew of midtempo rockers that flex both sonic and emotional heft, The Things We Can't Stop paces and frets, but unlike the group's early works, it does its best to bear the weight of the world instead of just raging against it.

Between 1990-1993, Bonnie Tyler based herself in Germany and released three highly successful albums, 'Bitterblue', 'Angel Heart' and 'Silhouette in Red', none of which were released in the UK. This fine compilation includes the title tracks of all three albums ('Bitterblue' was also a single, which was a huge hit in Germany), all of the singles released from this period, carefully selected album tracks, a new song 'Back Home', and her classic '70s hits 'Lost in France' and 'It's A Heartache', included as a bonus tracks for good measure. For the most part, the music here was written and produced by German producer Dieter Bohlen. Whilst for the most part, she is far away from the production and songs that made her the 'Total Eclipse of the Heart' megastar, 'Say Goodbye' from the Asterix film soundtrack is such a lovely song, and other good ballads include 'Against the Wind' and 'God Gave Love To You'.

Signed by major label Mercury, Norwegians PIONEERS released this debut album "In A State Of Rock" in 1984. The album has become a huge collectors items, cause the band featured none other as later Stage Dolls members Torstein Flakne and Steinar Krokstad plus bass player Morten Skaget, which later changed his name to Morty Black and became a member of TNT. Their musical style was the incipient Scandinavian Melodic Rock / AOR sound of the mid-Eighties; anthemic poppy choruses ready for the arenas, something that catapulted Europe to stardom two years after. You can easily figure out here where the Stage Dolls sound comes from! First time ever on CD, digitally remastered and only limited quantities!

Nellie Lutcher was at the peak of her fame during her period with Capitol (1947-1951). A fine swing-based pianist, Lutcher was best known for her unique vocal style, which included witty asides that often sounded spontaneous. This well-conceived CD has 18 of her recordings from 1947 and one apiece from 1949-1951. Highlights include "Hurry on Down," "The One I Love Belongs to Somebody Else," "He's a Real Gone Guy," "Chi-Chi-Chi Chicago," "The Song Is Ended," "Fine Brown Frame," and two previously unissued numbers. With sympathetic and swinging backing from various guitarists (including Ulysses Livingstone and Irving Ashby), bassists, and drummers, the spotlight is on Nellie Lutcher throughout. This highly recommended disc is easily her definitive CD.

No matter how far away he moves from the average rock fan's consciousness, one thing you can always count on from '70s guitar hero Pat Travers is guaranteed fret-board excitement and a certain element of surprise. Or can you? Whatever your thoughts on the matter, there's no question that, unlike many of his increasingly obsolete and desperate contemporaries, Travers seems at once both more accepting of his diminishing role in the international arena and unwilling to allow this negative perception to in any way tarnish his love of performance. Boasting a typically pyrotechnic display of his legendary six-string abilities, the P.T. Power Trio album finds Travers – alongside aging drum colossus Aynsley Dunbar and relative unknown bassist Gunter Nezhoda – tackling blues staples as well as psychedelic and classic rock standards with taste and vivacity.

Vessel is the first live long-form video by Icelandic musician Björk, directed by Stéphane Sednaoui and produced by Elektra Entertainment. It was released in VHS on 5 September 1994, by One Little Indian, with a DVD reissue taking place on 13 May 2003…

Recorded in 1965 but not released until 1980, Et Cetera holds its own against the flurry of albums Wayne Shorter released during the mid-'60s, a time when he was at the peak of his powers. It is hard to imagine why Blue Note might have chosen to shelve the album, as it shows Shorter in a very favorable light with an incredibly responsive rhythm section performing four of his originals and a cover of Gil Evans' "Barracudas." The low-key nature of the album as a whole, especially the title track, might have contributed to Blue Note's lack of attention, but there are definitely gems here, especially the closing track, "Indian Song." At times the rest of the album seems like a warm-up for that amazing tune, where Shorter swirls around in a hypnotizing dance with Herbie Hancock's piano, grounded by the nocturnal bass of Cecil McBee and the airy structure of Joe Chambers' drumming…
