Faith under Fire (2024)

Protoiereus Viktor Ivanov and Imam Hamza-hazrat Hafizov spend most of their time on the frontline with fighters from Bashkiria, Russia. They provide spiritual support to the soldiers. Viktor and Hamza don't have any disagreements; instead, they represent the unity of a multinational country. They spend the nights together in dugouts, facing the shelling side by side. They encourage people not to focus on differences between Muslims and Orthodox Christians, but to find common ground. They believe that, through shared prayers, victory will come soon.
