The 96th Academy Awards took place at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles and were once again hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. The night was filled with excitement as the winners were announced:

“Oppenheimer” stole the show, winning seven awards. It secured victories in categories such as Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, and Best Director.

Poor Things” also had a successful night, earning four awards. Notably, Emma Stone clinched her second Oscar for Best Actress.

“Barbie”, despite being nominated for eight awards, only managed to take home one: Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell won for their original song “What Was I Made For” (their second win in this category).

A standout moment during the ceremony was Ryan Gosling’s performance of “I’m Just Ken”. He dazzled the audience while wearing a bedazzled pink suit, surrounded by dozens of other Kens.
