Description

At some point in our lives, we have all had to deal with difficult people.I have had my fair share of dealing with difficult, argumentative, and narcissistic personalities as well. On two occasions I worked in environments where I was belittled and demeaned, and this resulted in me becoming withdrawn, and finding it hard to engage with people who shouted me down.I witnessed first-hand how people who were treated in the same way, lose their self-esteem and confidence. So instead of wallowing in self-pity I decided to do something about it. I have created an online course on How to Communicate with Difficult People (without Feeling Distressed). The course will help you to:Identify the key factors leading to difficult behaviourUnderstand the core components of effective communicationCommunicate with Difficult People effectivelyThe benefits for you, when you register for the course, are that you will:Increase the effectiveness of your communication when dealing with difficult people in all areas of your lifeMinimize disagreements by learning the core competencies required to communicate with difficult peopleOvercome the fear and anxiety of engaging with someone who has a difficult personalityEnhance communications by ensuring that you can be on the same page as a difficult person.Turn confrontational situations into opportunities to communicate openly and effectively
