Jenna Joan self-portraits

Jenna is a photographer based in Maine, born 1993. She loves fine art, tasteful nude, and creative portrait photography. Her journey started modeling for friends until she quickly developed the drive to be behind the camera. In March 2021 she bought a digital camera and started shooting herself. Recently she inherited a 1968 35mm and now shoots both film and digital.

​Self portrait photography allows her to be in control of the entire creative process, which excites her. When shooting others, she likes capturing organic movement in minimalist environments, playing with concept, composition and light. Jenna loves intimacy, skin, all bodies and genders. She is always exploring herself as an artist and welcomes creative connections.
