Award-winning Contemporary Blues Artist Karen Lovely is putting the finishing touches on her 5th album, Fish Outta Water, a swampy, funky mix of all new original Blues and Americana and the follow-up to the critically-acclaimed Ten Miles of Bad Road.
On Fish Outta Water, Lovely has continued the advocacy and outreach she started with her previous albums, Still the Rain, and Ten Miles of Bad Road, by writing songs that raise awareness about important social issues like domestic violence, sexual assault, homelessness, suicide, mental health and addiction and because she believes in a zero tolerance world, 10% of every dollar raised over her Pledge Music goal will go to RAINN, the national organization dedicated to ending domestic violence and sexual assault.
