- FES-3715 Fix the error that occurs when a simulation with MUSCL equations is run in GPU mode using the Clang compiler.

- VMESH-5115 Fix the inability to resolve self-intersection on a dualized surface in parallel.
- VMESH-5197 Fix the inability of Tetrahedral Mesher intersection data to be sent from the server to the client, which is critical for remeshing.
- VMESH-5199 Allow Simcenter 3D to respond to a server launch failure with an error message rather than with a memory access exception.
