Description

TRIGONOMETRY SERIESWelcome to the SumNation series on Trigonometry (Triangle Worship really…), with all the fun of finding the sides and/or angles of triangles using rules and ratios. We’ll go through the gears and start off navigating our way round the humble right angled triangle using the Pythagorean Theorem before becoming acquainted with trigonometric ratios (Sin, Cos and Tan)Once we’ve wrapped our head round how that, we’re then ready to tackle the more sophisticated and exciting (in my opinion) oblique (non-right angled) triangles as we still use the ratios previously learned.WHY SUMNATION?Becoming a Mathemagician shouldn't be a bore chore. Like every course in the series, it's structured in a 'Cumulative' format, meaning that knowledge of the previous session(s) material is essential for latter sessions. This helps ensure:Context – You actually understand what things mean! (e.g. what the heck are Sin, Cos and Tan really?)Structured learning – Stop jumping between unrelated topicsLonger term memory - Fundamentals keep re-appearing, simplifying more complex topics because of prior knowledge!Short and Sweet – Your time is precious. No need for long and boring videos. It's fun! - Delivery matters… Try selling an amazing product with awful packagingWith this setup and your engagement, you’ll be well on your way to becoming a Trig Mathemagician.
