Description

This course is developed by Australian Naturopath, Chelsea Sharp.Chelsea will guide you through the five core pillars of holistic health and why it's important to work on all five pillars if you want to have a balanced and healthy life. The pillars are:1. Movement as Medicine - this is more than just exercise. This is an exploration of how your body moves or is limited because of the pain, tension, stress and/or inflexibility that may be stored in the muscles and joints. When you take time to listen to your body, you can start to move the tension out of the body, and instead, embrace a state of enhanced freedom and flexibility in your movements. 2. Nutrition as Nourishment - the food you eat is what creates your body! What are you currently fueling yourself with? In this module, you'll be given a food planner and asked to set aside time to plan the rest of your meals for the week - while trying to incorporate maximum nutrition!3. The Mind Matters - take a look at your mental health. From 1 - 10 what would you say your stress levels are? Often stress is well hidden and can show up in many different forms. In this module, you'll explore what this looks like, and then you'll receive a guided meditation to witness the thoughts.4. Rest is Best - Sleep is an important part of health and if it's not your strong point, there is some good news for you… There are so many ways to improve sleep patterns and routines, and it all starts with a little sleep hygiene. You'll dive into this topic and try some new techniques to support you in getting a good night of rest.5. Energy & Environment - Last but not least, how is your environment impacting your energy? Not just your energy levels, but the energy field. Here you'll explore some options for cleansing and letting go, to create clear and calm energy in your body, mind, and surroundings. Notice the difference between energy givers vs energy takers. After exploring the pillars, you will understand how they all work together to create your overall state of health and wellbeing. Once you've completed this course, you'll be well equipped with new tools and techniques to express the healthiest version of yourself. What are you waiting for?
