Description

Hello and welcome to this course. Baking bread at home is much more easy than you can imagine. Is not any magic in it if you follow the recipes and understand just a few rules. Simplicity is usually the best way for cooking at home and all recipes are following these rules. You will learn how to bake sourdough bread, yeast bread, flatbreads, and pizza dough. Every recipe has been created for home baking and I have explained each step in detail.

The course contains 12 recipes:

- French baguettes - very easy, no kneading required. It is my children's favorite recipe.

- burger buns - very soft and delicious. Not only taste good but also looks amazing.

- breakfast rolls - perfect everyday rolls.

- naan bread - probably the most popular flatbread, perfect for curry or stew. So easy to bake and can't be compared to one from the supermarket.

- kaiser rolls - rolls from Viena. One of my favorites.

- greek pita - another flatbread. I'm baking it quite often and serving it with tzatziki and gyros.

- croissants - another version of French croissants. My grandma was baking it when I was a child.

- sourdough starter - a very simple recipe. Ready in 3 days and can be kept for years if you maintain it properly,

- sourdough baguettes - even better than French baguettes. Very easy to bake.

- Artisan sourdough country bread - the king of bread. The best bread I've eaten.

- wholemeal sourdough bread with pumpkin seeds - delicious healthy bread.

- pizza dough - inside and crunchy outside. The recipe perfectly works in the home oven. Includes recipe for pizza sauce.
