Description
Google Classroom is a free blended learning platform developed by Google for educational institutions that aims to simplify creating distributing and grading assignments. The primary purpose of Google Classroom is to streamline the process of sharing files between teachers and students. To join a Google Classroom, you have to be signed into chrome with your student credentials. You can join a class on Google Classroom by entering your teacher's classroom code. If you're a teacher you can invite students to join your classroom from your class page. Create a Google account before you start using Google Classroom, you need to make sure that you have a Google account. Visiting accounts, google will take you to the place to create an account. Having a Google account will also be beneficial because it will give you access to all Google products, which can all be beneficial for learning in some way. Also make sure that all of your students have Google accounts for school purposes. Otherwise, they cannot see or participate in classes you set up.
Keep in mind that if you are using Google Classroom at an actual school with students, you will need to sign for G Suite for Education. This may be quite beneficial for you, because you can manage the settings of your student's accounts and registered computers.
